Doug Lehrman

Doug Lehrman is the Executive Director of Educational Opportunities for Children and Families(EOCF), a Clark County based non-profit social services agency providing comprehensive early childhood education and family services, including Head Start, ECEAP and Infant/Toddler Early support. He has spent 36 years as a social services professional and administrator in Clark County, retiring in 2005 from his position as Area Administrator for the State of Washington Children’s Administration. Doug has a Bachelor’s Degree from Whitman College and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Portland State University.
