Scott Bieber

Scott Bieber is a Commander with the Vancouver Police Department where he has been an officer for more than 20 years. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, both from Portland State University. In addition, Scott graduated from the FBI National Academy in 2000 and attended the Director’s Leadership Institute at the London Business School in July of 2005. He holds the designation of Certified Credit Union Director.
