Making the switch to new Business Online Banking.
Same time-saving convenience, great new services.
Beginning November 16, iQ Credit Union’s first ever online banking service exclusively for business clients will go online. Business Online Banking will offer an entire suite of easy-to-use, business-specific features.
The switch will officially take place on Monday, November 16.
The first time you access your existing online banking account on or after November 16, you will visit the iQ Credit Union web site as usual. Look for the Business Online Banking login box on the home page. Enter your Business ID — you will receive this in a letter from the Credit Union — then type your Username in the space provided and click “enter.”
A new page will open and you will see your photo stamp. This is where you will be asked for a password. Please note that it will NOT be your usual password. In order to transfer your information to the new online system, the special password required to activate your account is the last four digits of your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), followed by the last four digits of your phone number (the business phone number we have on file with your account).
Initial login password = the last four digits of your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), followed by the last four digits of your phone number.
That’s all there is to it. Once inside the new-and-improved system, you will need to create a new password all your own to be used from this point forward. On-screen prompts will help you, as needed. Remember, your account information is exactly the same — only the online format has changed, and changed for the better.
Watch for more information in a letter from iQ Credit Union coming soon to your mailbox.

Turn Your Company into a Shortcut
A "shortcut" is an employee or organization that's indispensable. Here are strategies for using your best people to the utmost advantage.
I recently spoke to a client who is a senior vice-president for sales at one of the world's largest computer companies. She is in the midst of major layoffs, and she told me quite frankly that the employees who are being let go are "the ones who are not shortcuts." She continued: "There is too much to keep track of and too much to be done with fewer people. As tough as it might sound, if people can't figure out how to contribute and make themselves indispensable, then there is no place for them." This SVP embraces what I call "the shortcut culture."
