The ideal candidate will have strong skip tracing and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work multiple accounts. This position requires experience in several consumer loan areas including VISA, auto loans, leases, real estate and unsecured. iQ Credit Union offers competitive base pay plus commission and benefits including health care and 401k. Total compensation package will be based on experience and results. Saturdays and late shifts are required on rotating basis.

Member Service Officer II

iQ Credit Union is currently accepting applications for a full time Member Service Officer II (Loan Officer) position. The Member Services Officer is a key position within the iQ Credit Union branch team, involving direct daily contact with our members. You will report and work closely with the Branch Manager in expanding existing relationships and acquiring new relationships in Clark County. It requires a dynamic leader, who thrives working under pressure, has a mature outlook, excellent IT, numeracy and communication skills, together with member/customer services experience. An ability to give a high standard of service and commitment to our iQ Credit Union operating principles is a must. The experienced member service officer will successfully build long-term relationships with members by increasing use of Credit Union services. Duties include but are not limited to selling credit union products effectively, determine members’ needs, actively participating in Branch Sales and Campaign Programs.
