Branch Manager
iQ Credit Union is currently accepting applications for a Branch Manager. The successful candidate will build the branch team to enhance and support the Credit Union as a sales organization and enhance the reputation of the Credit Union by creating long-term, positive relationships with members.
Compensation for this position will be a combination of competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit package.
AVP/VP Retail Delivery
To help create, lead, and implement strategic initiatives related to retail banking in alignment with the Credit Union’s core values and mission.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
· Managing a sub-set of Branch Mangers
· Perform Branch Manger evaluations
· Set goals and execute strategies for achieving them
· Work on organizational wide projects and initiatives
· Set strategy for all branches in concert with Branch Administration team
· This person will have a very strong skill level in sales, service, coaching, interpersonal communication, knowledge of credit union financials, ability to think strategically, mentor, think globally, influence others, conflict resolution, motivation, inspiration.
Short description: A visionary for the branch of today and the future. Ability to inspire people to follow his/her lead. Author of new initiatives and innovative ideas. Understands how to create competitive advantages.

AVP/VP Operations
To manage, create, lead, and implement credit union procedures and initiates related to branch operations. Actively participate in credit union wide projects.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
· Managing a sub-set of branch mangers
· Prepare Branch Manager evaluations
· Set goals and execute strategies for achieving them
· Set operational expectations for all branches
· Work closely with Branch Managers and Assistant Branch managers to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
· This person will have a proven track record in cash operations, opening and servicing deposit accounts, and business banking to include merchant teller windows, lending knowledge, and working/intuitive knowledge of related compliance areas, project management, coaching, and strong commitment to sales process.
Short description: A proven operations person. Will be involved in multiple organizational projects and operations for all branches.
