Computer Branch

Log into Online Banking and you can get up-to-the-minute account balances, view canceled checks, transfer funds, order new checks and more — electronically. Through our website , this service gives you 24-hour access to all of your personal finances. Whether you’re at your office or in your kitchen, your account information is completely secure. All free.

Bill Payer

Add the Bill Payer function to your Online Banking account and you can pay all of your bills electronically — free. There are no checks to write or stamps to buy. With a few simple keystrokes, you can take care of almost any bill on your list. You can even schedule monthly payments to be paid automatically. And since it’s all done electronically, it’s impossible to bounce a check. Bill Payer is free with any checking account.

VIP TellerPhone

Call our VIP TellerPhone line and you can get account information, transfer funds, make a loan payment and more — using any touch-tone phone. Call from home or work, on vacation, in the car or anyplace else you’ve got a phone. Since VIP TellerPhone requires an account number and secret access code, it’s a safe and secure system that only you can activate. The system is available 24 hours a day and it’s free.

VISA Check Card and ATM Card

An ATM card from iQ Credit Union gives you access to cash at over 25,000 locations around the corner and around the world. Use your card at any of our ATMs or at a participating Co-Op Network ATM and there’s never a fee. For a complete listing, click here.

	On qualified accounts, that same card can also be a VISA Check Card. Use it anywhere you see the VISA logo, with the money deducted right from your checking account. You can also use your VISA Check Card at
grocery and general merchandise stores, where you can make purchases and get cash back all at once. You can even have automatic overdraft protection linked directly to your account, on approved credit. It's cash, check and ATM card, all in one.

Direct Deposit and Payroll Deduction

Sign up for Direct Deposit and your payroll, Social Security or other government checks can be deposited directly into your checking or savings account — saving you a trip to the branch. With Payroll Deduction, you can designate a set amount from each direct deposit check to go directly to savings or to be used to make a loan payment.

Now you can access your accounts and conduct your in-branch business wherever you live, work or travel. Look for the CU Service Center logo and it's just as if you were inside your usual  iQ Credit Union branch. We strongly believe in helping to protect your credit. That’s why the basic ID SafeChoice theft-protection package is available to all iQ Credit Union checking account holders, free of charge. This covers the primary member on each checking account.
