New Password Formula

Personal Online Banking

The first time you access your account on or after November 16, you will visit the iQ Credit Union web site as usual. From the home page, click Personal Online Banking and a login screen will open.

First, it will ask you for your Username. Your Username is the same as it’s always been — the name that you selected.

Next, it will ask you for a password. The password required to activate your account is the last four digits of the Primary's Social Security number, followed by the last four digits of your phone number.

That’s all there is to it. Once inside the new-and-improved system, you will need to create a new password all your own to be used from this point forward. On-screen prompts will help you, as needed. Your account information is exactly the same — only the online format has changed, and changed for the better.

Business Online Banking

The first time you access your existing online banking account on or after November 16, you will visit the iQ Credit Union web site as usual. Look for the Business Online Banking login box on the home page. Enter your Business ID — you will receive this in a letter from the Credit Union — then type your Username in the space provided and click “enter.”

A new page will open and you will see your photo stamp. This is where you will be asked for a password. Please note that it will NOT be your usual password. In order to transfer your information to the new online system, the special password required to activate your account is the last four digits of your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), followed by the last four digits of your phone number (the business phone number we have on file with your account).

Initial login password = the last four digits of your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), followed by the last four digits of your phone number.

That’s all there is to it. Once inside the new-and-improved system, you will need to create a new password all your own to be used from this point forward. On-screen prompts will help you, as needed. Remember, your account information is exactly the same — only the online format has changed, and changed for the better.
