    • Scam warning: For members with a PPP forgiveness application, only respond to an email or call from iQ Credit Union if applicable. No third party vendors will contact you about these loans.
    • With the exception of Clark College branch, all branch lobbies remain open. Branch lobbies are following reduced occupancy, masks and social distancing guidelines for your safety. Our nine drive-up locations are also available.

    • Please use alternative banking options—such as our Digital Branch or Member Contact Center—whenever possible. You can deposit checks, open accounts, apply for a loan or refinance, and more through our Digital Branch. 

    • April 2020 Update: Savings accounts have a limitation of six electronic/remote transfers per month. During these unprecedented circumstances, the government has granted financial institutions the temporary ability to work around these limitations to facilitate easier access to your funds. UPDATED PAYCHECK PROTECTION PROGRAM LOANS - 1/19/2021

SBA has reopened the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) for First Draw Loans. In addition, certain eligible borrowers that previously received a PPP loan may apply for a Second Draw PPP Loan with the same general loan terms as their First Draw Loan. Both PPP Loan types can be used to help fund payroll costs, including benefits. Funds can also be used to pay for mortgage interest, rent, utilities, worker protection costs related to COVID-19, uninsured property damage costs caused by looting or vandalism during 2020, and certain supplier costs and expenses for operations.

Who Can Apply for First Draw PPP Loan

Eligible small entities, that together with their affiliates (if applicable), have 500 or fewer employees—including nonprofits, veterans organizations, tribal concerns, self-employed individuals, sole proprietorships, and independent contractors—can apply. In some cases, entities with more than 500 employees in certain industries may also qualify.


Who Can Apply for Second Draw PPP Loan

A borrower is generally eligible for a Second Draw PPP Loan if the borrower:

  • Previously received a First Draw PPP Loan and will or has used the full amount only for authorized uses;
  • Has no more than 300 employees; and
  • Can demonstrate at least a 25% reduction in gross receipts between comparable quarters in 2019 and 2020. 
Full Forgiveness Terms

PPP Loans made to eligible borrowers qualify for full loan forgiveness if during the 8- to 24-week covered period following loan disbursement:

  • Employee and compensation levels are maintained;
  • The loan proceeds are spent on payroll costs and other eligible expenses; and
  • At least 60 percent of the proceeds are spent on payroll costs. 

Reapplying and Loan Increases

Existing PPP borrowers that did not receive loan forgiveness by December 27, 2020 may:

  1. Reapply for a First Draw PPP Loan if they previously returned or repaid some or all of their First Draw PPP Loan funds, or
  2. Under certain circumstances, request to modify their First Draw PPP Loan amount if they previously did not accept the full amount for which they are eligible. 

Second Draw Maximum Loan Amount and Increased Assistance for Accommodation and Food Services Businesses

For most borrowers, the maximum loan amount of a Second Draw PPP Loan is 2.5x average monthly 2019 or 2020 payroll costs up to $2 million. For borrowers in the Accommodation and Food Services sector (click HERE for NAICS 72 to confirm), the maximum loan amount for a Second Draw PPP Loan is 3.5x average monthly 2019 or 2020 payroll costs up to $2 million.

To Access the PPP First Draw or Second Draw Application

You must be a member of iQ Credit Union and have an iQ business account. To access the application, beginning Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2021 you can:

1. Log into iQ Digital Branch on Desktop. We are not able to provide the link in the Mobile App.
2. In the iQ Business Digital Branch on Desktop, in the Yellow banner at the top of the screen, select the “Click here to apply” link.
3. On the next page, start your application by clicking the “Sign up” link to set a password. These will be the credentials you will use to complete your application.
4. Next, you will select First Draw PPP or Second Draw PPP.
5. The PPP application provides clear instructions, answers to questions, and will guide you through all documentation and calculations required. You can even save and exit your application during the process and come back to it.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting inside our branches and on our ATMs. Our staff have extra disinfecting supplies and are encouraged to use them frequently. 

We have separated work spaces for individuals and teams who must remain at our branches or support locations, and much of our team is working remotely to support stay at home instructions.

In times of concern, it’s important to keep an eye out for scams taking advantage of uncertainty. Now is the time to be mindful of your private information and whom you share it with. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has resources available on the fraudulent activity being observed due to the coronavirus. You can learn more at the FTC website.

Tips on how to protect yourself online:

1. Never give you card or account information to a stranger via email, mobile, or social media.

2. Be aware of what you click on in emails, or what you open from unknown emails or attachments.

3. Pay attention to the links in a social media post. Avoid clicking links from unknown accounts.

4. Remember to keep your phone and computer up-to-date on all programs and apps you use.

5. Think twice about any money transactions and always double-check who is making the request!
