Scam alert: Reports show an increase in unemployment frauds and scams. If you’re filing for state unemployment or any government assistance, do not share your personal information until you make sure you’re only dealing with official state representatives. Remember most organizations—including iQ—will not call you to ask for personal information.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR BANKING NEEDS

Our goal is to continue to provide you with the down-to-earth, excellent iQ service you have come to know.

    • 5/26/20 update: Our Southwest Washington lobbies are now open. All branches will adhere to social distancing guidelines when open. Masks are recommended. Please limit your party to a maximum of two. Plaid floor dots will indicate where you should wait for assistance.

    • All teller transactions may be conducted at one of our nine drive-up locations. Please bring your photo ID. Read this note from our CEO about this change.
    • Our Portland branch lobbies are still available by appointment only. Please call 800.247.4364.

    • We encourage members to use alternative banking options—such as our Digital Branch or Member Contact Center—whenever possible.

    • Deposits can be placed in the night drop boxes or made at one of our ATMs. You can also deposit checks using your cell phone through our Digital Branch.

    • If you want to open a new account or apply for a loan, please submit an application online or log into your online banking profile. Home loan applications or refinances are also available online. Our Investment & Retirement Services advisers are available by appointment, as are our insureQ representatives.

    • Savings accounts have a limitation of six electronic/remote transfers per month. During these unprecedented circumstances, the government has granted financial institutions the temporary ability to work around these limitations to facilitate easier access to your funds. If you need to transfer funds from your savings to your checking and run into any issues doing so, please contact us at 800.247.4364 so we can help.

In addition, if you or your employment are impacted by COVID-19 and are in need of financial assistance, please reach out—we have options to support you, including skip pays, mortgage payment assistance, and a low-interest Emergency Relief Loan¹.  Please reach out by phone or the form at the bottom of this page.

We will be posting updates here and to our social media channels as new information becomes available. The links to our channels are below:

PROMOTING YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY

Nothing is more important.

iQ is following all of the CDC guidelines  for social distancing and cleanliness in the workplace, which benefits our members and employees. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting inside our branches and on our ATMs. Our staff have received extra disinfecting supplies and are encouraged to use them frequently as well.

We have separated work spaces for individuals and teams who must remain at our branches or support locations, and much of our team is working remotely to support stay at home instructions.

PAYCHECK PROTECTION PROGRAM

You may be eligible for a loan under the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) new Paycheck Protection Program.

The program is designed to help small businesses receive quick access to capital for payroll and other overhead costs.

The SBA is once again accepting applications for the Paycheck Protection Program. Please click here to apply. We are working applications in the order in which they are received, including those that were submitted during the first round of funding. We are only accepting iQ member applications at this time.

A SECURE PLACE TO SAVE

iQ Credit Union is financially sound and secure.

The NCUA federally insures all iQ Credit Union deposit accounts (ie, checking, money market, certificate of deposit, and savings) up to $250,000.
