5/5/2021 update

    • With the exception of Clark College branch, all branch lobbies remain open unless listed below or on our locations page. Branch lobbies are following reduced occupancy, masks and social distancing guidelines for your safety. Our nine drive-up locations are also available.

    • Please use alternative banking options—such as our Digital Branch or Member Contact Center—whenever possible. You can deposit checks, open accounts, apply for a loan or refinance, and more through our Digital Branch.

    • April 2020 Update: Savings accounts have a limitation of six electronic/remote transfers per month. During these unprecedented circumstances, the government has granted financial institutions the temporary ability to work around these limitations to facilitate easier access to your funds. If you need to transfer funds from your savings to your checking and run into any issues doing so, please contact us at 800.247.4364 so we can help.

We will be posting updates here and to our social media channels as new information becomes available. The links to our channels are below:

Nothing is more important than your health

iQ is following all of the CDC guidelines and state guidelines for reduced occupancy, social distancing, mask wearing, and cleanliness in the workplace, which benefits our members and employees. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting inside our branches and on our ATMs. Our staff have extra disinfecting supplies and are encouraged to use them frequently. Much of our team continues to work remotely.

iQ Credit Union is financially sound and secure.

The NCUA federally insures all iQ Credit Union deposit accounts (ie, checking, money market, certificate of deposit, and savings) up to $250,000. That means your accounts are protected and still earning dividends, despite any volatility in the stock market. Your money is safe and accessible to you.
