2. To enter: The promotion begins on 6/5/26 at 8:00am and ends on 8/31/26 at 5:00pm PST. All entries must be received by 5:00pm PST on 8/31/26 to be considered for this promotion.

3. Eligibility: No purchase necessary. To be eligible for this promotion, you must be a natural born person, lawful permanent resident of the United States, 18 years of age or older, and otherwise not prohibited. iQ Credit Union Employees, Officials, and family members are not eligible for drawings.

4. Limit: Only one (1) entry per person, per day throughout the promotion period is permitted.

5. How to enter: There are two ways to enter: 1) at any event where iQ Credit Union has the Enter-to-Win forms and collection box; 2) completed the online Enter to Win form at iQcu.com/enter-to-win.

6. Drawing: The drawing for 1 winner(s) will take place on 9/2/2026 after the close of the promotion period. Winner needs not be present and will be notified by telephone or email. If the winner fails to respond to the telephone call or email within 48 hours of notification, another winner will be drawn in their place.

7. Prizes: Eligible winner will receive a total of one (1) JBL Party Box 110 with all accessories will be awarded to the winner(s). The total prize value is approximately $359.95. The prize(s) are not transferrable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable. Prize winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on the prize.

8. Odds: Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.

9. General Conditions: By participating, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions mentioned
herein. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. Entrants agree that
decisions made by iQ Credit Union relating to this promotion are final and further agree to hold iQ Credit Union and each of its officers, directors, employees, members and representatives, and agents harmless from any liability or personal injury arising from participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of this prize.

10. Consent to Publicity and Release: Except where prohibited, participation with JBL Party Box 110 drawing constitutes each winner’s consent to iQ Credit Union and its agents’ use of winner’s name,
likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

11. Miscellaneous: This promotion is void where prohibited. iQ Credit Union may substitute prizes of
equivalent value, and the rules or discontinue the promotion at any time. Written copies of the rules as
