Salmon Creek Opening: Enter to Win Rules
1. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
2. To enter: The promotion begins on 12/04/23 at 9:30am and ends on 01/13/24 at 2pm PST. All entries must be received by 2pm PST each Saturday (12/09/23, 12/16/23, 12/23/23, 12/30/23, 01/06/24, and 01/13/24) to be considered for this promotion.
3. Eligibility: No purchase necessary. To be eligible for this promotion, you must be a natural born person, lawful permanent resident of the United States, 18 years of age or older, and otherwise not prohibited. iQ Credit Union Employees, Officials, and family members are not eligible for drawings.
4. Limit: Only one (1) entry per person, per day throughout the promotion period is permitted.
5. How to enter: There is one way to enter at our Salmon Creek branch location - 14101 NE 10th Avenue Vancouver, WA 98685 where there are the Enter-to-Win forms and collection box.
6. Drawing: One (1) winner will be drawn each week from the eligible entries for the duration of the promotion. The drawing will take place each Saturday during the promotion after the entry period has ended. Winners need not be present and will be notified by telephone or email. If a winner fails to respond to the telephone call or email within 48 hours of notification, another winner will be drawn in their place.
7. Prizes: A unique prize package will be designated for each week of the promotion, and each winner drawn will receive the prize indicated for that week. Prizes will include a selection of iQ Credit Union merchandise in addition to sponsored products. These packages and their approximate values include: Creekside BBQ merchandise totaling $50, including a $25 gift card, awarded 12/09/23; The Barbers merchandise totaling $64, including a $31 gift card, awarded 12/16/23; A $25 Chipotle gift card and iQ merchandise totaling $53, awarded 12/23/23; A $30 MOD Pizza gift card and iQ merchandise totaling $62, awarded 12/30/23; Neighborhood Pet Boutique merchandise totaling $65, including a $25 gift card, awarded 01/06/24; Trader Joe’s merchandise totaling $80, including a $50 gift card, awarded 01/13/24. The prize(s) are not transferrable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable. Prize winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on the prize.
8. Odds: Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
9. General Conditions: By participating, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions mentioned herein. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. Entrants agree that decisions made by iQ Credit Union relating to this promotion are final and further agree to hold iQ Credit Union and each of its officers, directors, employees, members and representatives, and agents harmless from any liability or personal injury arising from participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of this prize.
10. Consent to Publicity and Release: Except where prohibited, participation with Creekside BBQ, The Barbers, Chipotle, MOD Pizza, Neighborhood Pet Boutique, Trader Joe’s drawing constitutes each winner’s consent to iQ Credit Union and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
11. Miscellaneous: This promotion is void where prohibited. iQ Credit Union may substitute prizes of equivalent value, and the rules or discontinue the promotion at any time. Written copies of the rules as well as a list of winners of prizes greater than $25 in value are available upon written request to iQ Credit Union, PO Box 1739, Vancouver, WA 98668.
